Get your day off to a good start by doing a few small things together online with like-minded people who could use a morning boost. We do some belly breathing, grounding, gratitude, and activity planning together every weekday morning.

Creative Writing for Wellness.

Writing is good for your brain and wellness. We will spend time writing each week based on prompts from poetry, literature, pictures, or sounds. Then we will listen to each other’s writing (reading what you wrote is optional, of course) and highlight the strengths and creativity displayed by our fellow writers.
