Living Life to the Full teaches self-management skills using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. Course content and materials are practical and easily applied to everyday life situations. During the course attendees cover topics including: self confidence, problem-solving, stress management, motivation, dealing with unhelpful thoughts and anger management. Each of the 1.5 hour sessions focus on a different topic to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to cope with daily challenges, and is accompanied with a set of 9 booklets that support the lessons you learn.

Living Life to the Full meets once weekly for 8 weeks. It is offered both online over Zoom and in-person at our Learning Centre at #303 4805 48 St. in the Mid-City Plaza across from the new courthouse building and Sorenson bus station.
