We use prompts and time for self-reflection in a safe, welcoming space for you and your emotions. Everything remains optional if it feels right to you to pursue. Journaling for Self Awareness meets on alternating Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:00pm MST. It is offered both online over Zoom and in-person at our Learning Centre at #303 4805 48 St. in the Mid-City Plaza across from the new courthouse building and Sorenson bus station.
