Introduction to Practicing Gratitude: Single Session On-Line Class
Gratitude is one of the easiest ways to improve our mental health. In this one hour workshop we will identify what gratitude is, how it works, and how it contributes to our overall wellbeing. We will also learn how to get the most out of your practice, and even take some time to be grateful together.
