Caregiver Connections: On-Line and In-Person Weekly Support Group
Caregiver Connections is a peer support group to help parents, partners, and caregivers of those with a mental health concern and/or addiction to support one another. This program is offered on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 PM to 7ish. We meet on-line over Zoom and in our Learning Centre at Suite 303, 4805 48 Street in downtown Red Deer. Once you have enrolled, you can drop-in every week. Our plan for 2022 is to alternate between information and skills from our Finding Your Balance classes and free ranging discussion.
If you do not receive an email from us regarding your successful enrolment, please call us at 403-967-0473.
